Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for hydrodesulfurization of a sulfur-containing olefinic gasoline cut wherein said gasoline cut, hydrogen and a catalyst comprising an alumina support obtained by dehydration of an aluminum hydroxide or oxyhydroxide at a temperature of between 400°C and 1200°C and for a time of between 0.1 seconds and 5 seconds, at least one metal from group VIB, at least one metal from group VIII, and phosphorus are brought into contact, the molar ratio between the phosphorus and the metal from group VIB being between 0.2 and 0.35.
