Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a humanized antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof capable of specifically recognizing TrkA and uses thereof. The antibody comprises a heavy chain variable region with an amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 2-8, and a light chain variable region with an amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 10-13. The above-mentioned antibody according to the embodiments can specifically target and bind to the TrkA receptor and block the binding of NGF and TrkA.
