The present invention also relates to methods of liquefying starch-containing materials using or applying the variants or compositions, as well as the saccharification thus produced by the method. The present invention also relates to methods of saccharifying starch-containing materials using or applying the variants or compositions, as well as the saccharides thus produced by the method.
