Zusammenfassung:	A headgear and a related headgear assembly, includes a backstrap portion, first and second adjustable ear loops, and first and second top strap portions. The first and second top strap portions are configured to selectively connect to one another. The first and second adjustable ear loops define first and second adjustable ear openings that can be made larger or smaller by engaging with the first and second adjustable ear loops. For example, the headgear can include attachment zones that are configured to removably connect with the first and second adjustable ear loops. Optionally, the headgear assembly can include a removable forehead securement member configured to provide horizontal stability to the headgear.
