An analysis system (40) comprises: a collection unit (41) that collects soluble iron contained in a sample; a reaction unit (44) that produces a reaction solution; a detection unit (45) that detects the absorbance of the reaction solution; and a control device (50) that supplies the soluble iron collected in the collection unit (41) and a reagent to the reaction unit (44).
