Zusammenfassung:	A problem addressed by the present invention is to provide a method for producing a cell formulation for joint treatment that is capable of improving the proliferation rate of cells, capable of reducing the amount of blood serum needed, and capable of suppressing karyotype abnormalities in the culture process; a method for culturing mesenchymal stem cells; and a cell formulation for joint treatment produced by the method. Provided according to the present invention is a method for producing a cell formulation for joint treatment that includes culturing mesenchymal stem cells in medium that includes ascorbate-2-phosphate trisodium, alanyl glutamine, and pyridoxine.
