Zusammenfassung:	A chain saw, comprising a housing, a drive unit accommodated in the housing and a chain driven by the drive unit, wherein the chain is provided on a guide plate extending from the housing outward along a first axis, and the drive unit rotates about a second axis. The second axis is located on the plane where the guide plate is located or parallel to the plane where the guide plate is located. The chain saw comprises a front handle, wherein one end of the front handle is connected to the housing and the other end comprises a free end. The drive unit comprises a motor, which is located between the front handle and the rear handle, and at least part of the motor is at the same height as the front handle. A battery mounting portion is formed on one side of the housing, and the motor and the battery mounting portion essentially overlap in the direction of the first axis. Fig 1 30 -0 Fig. 2
