Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a transport unit (1) for transporting a moving walkway (19), the transport unit comprising a plurality of walkway modules (3) and a plurality of retaining frames (5). At least two of the walkway modules (3) are designed as walkway centre parts (7) and each have a support structure portion (9), the support structure portion (9) being configured to support a guide rail portion (11), a feed pallet belt portion (13) and a return pallet belt portion (15). The walkway modules (3) are configured to be coupled together successively in a longitudinal direction (17) in order to form at least one sub-region of the moving walkway (19). In the transport unit (1), the walkway modules (3) are arranged above one another in a plurality of levels in a vertical direction extending transverse to the longitudinal direction (17). Each retaining frame (5) has a plurality of horizontal struts (21) running parallel to one another and spaced apart in the vertical direction, and at least two vertical struts (23) retaining the horizontal struts (21) at opposite ends. At positions spaced apart in the longitudinal direction (17), a retaining frame (5) is configured and arranged such that one of the walkway modules (3) in each case bears on one of the horizontal struts (21) and the vertical struts (23) run laterally adjacent to the walkway modules (3) at opposite sides of the walkway modules (3).
