Multiple inflation endovascular medical device

A medical device comprising: a catheter including a proximal end and a distal end, and having a cover lumen that extends from the distal end to the proximal end of the catheter; an expandable member disposed on the catheter, the expandable member having a working length; a cover including a plurality of regions and having a length at least two times a working length of the expandable member, a first end of the cover being invertable into the cover lumen of the catheter at the distal end of the catheter by translating the cover into and through the cover lumen; an actuator operable to move the first end of the cover through the cover lumen and toward the proximal end of the catheter; a first therapeutic agent disposed on one of a first region of the plurality of regions or a second region of a plurality of regions; and a second therapeutic agent disposed on the other of the first region and the second region of the cover; wherein the first therapeutic agent is different from the second therapeutic agent. 18219192 1 (GHMatters) P112982.AU.1
