Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a bone implant (1) having a main part (10) in the form of a hollow body, which is open on both sides in an axial direction and which has or consists of a load-bearing material, and a casing body (20), which at least partly encases the exterior of the main part and has an in vivo degradable/in vivo resorbable material or consists of an in vivo degradable/in vivo resorbable material, or a plurality of molded bodies, which protrude from the main part in the radial direction and have an in vivo degradable/in vivo resorbable material or consist of an in vivo degradable/in vivo resorbable material. The invention additionally relates to a method for producing a bone implant. The method is characterized in that the bone implant is produced using an additive manufacturing method and/or a main part in the form of a hollow body, which is open on both sides in the axial direction and which has or consists of a load-bearing material, is at least partly encased by a casing body using the/an additive manufacturing method, said casing body having or consisting of an in vivo degradable/in vivo resorbable material, or is connected to a plurality of molded bodies, which have or consist of an in vivo degradable/in vivo resorbable material, such that the molded bodies protrude from the main part in the radial direction.
