Zusammenfassung:	[Problem] To provide a three dimensional network structure body which has excellent hydrolysis resistance and in which deterioration due to atmospheric moisture is unlikely to occur when being used for an extended period of time. [Solution] A three dimensional network structure body comprising a polyester thermoplastic elastomer resin composition and having a three dimensional random loop-joined structure formed from continuous filaments, wherein the resin composition contains borosilicate glass. The borosilicate glass preferably contains B
