In accordance with the movement of the cartridge when removing the cartridge from the electrophotographic image forming device body, in conjunction with movement in a direction orthogonal to the rotational axis of the image carrier, a coupling member that can move in a direction parallel to the rotational axis of the image carrier penetrates to the inner side of a recessed part of the body side engagement part provided to the device body, and the coupling member receives the rotational force from the body-side engagement part.
