The present invention discloses a vertical green seedcase removing device with a conical spiral laminated knife, including a conical funnel, the conical spiral laminated knife, a separation grid plate with a funnel, a fixed supporting mechanism, and a power 5 mechanism. The conical funnel and the conical spiral laminated knife are mounted on the fixed supporting mechanism. The conical funnel includes an upper portion and a lower portion, and the upper portion and the lower portion have different conicities.
