Zusammenfassung:The disclosed method for promoting fish feed growth performance and immune response in commercial aquaculture comprising evaluating the influence of feed additives N-acetyl-D-glucosamine (NAG) loaded chitosan nanoparticles (CSNPs) on productivity, survival rate, and protein conversion efficiency of Oreochromis niloticus .0 (L.). The preparation of NAG loaded CSNPs at different concentration of CS (0.25, 0.5, 1 and 2g) are dissolved in 100 mL of distilled water (0.25 to 2 g based on the ratio) and stirred for 1 hour at RT. NAG (0.2 g) is dissolved in the same amount of distilled water and kept at RT for 30 min. The CS and NAG solutions were mixed, stirred for 24 h and dried at 60 °C for 24 hours. FIG. 1(a)
