Zusammenfassung:	A METHOD OF PREPARATION OF AQUEOUS AND METHANOLIC EXTRACT OF TAMARINDUS INDICA FOR ANTIMALARIAL ACTIVITY The present invention relates to a method of preparation of aqueous and methanolic extract of tamarindus indica for antimalarial activity. The object of the proposed invention is to know Antimalarial activity of Tamarind (Tamarindus indica L.). In the embodiment, crude tartaric acid extract (10 1 each) solution is used for the chromatographic method to identify and isolate the pure tartaric acid. The mobile phase selected for use was n-Propanol: n - Butanol: Ammonia in a ratio of 7:1:2 Spots are detected by using 1% solution of vanillin in methanolic sulfuric acid as chromatogenic reagents and viewed under ultraviolet light at 365 nm wavelength for identification of the separated compounds.
