Zusammenfassung: | An endogenous photothermal therapy device system and its preparation method, which belongs to the field of micro-nano quantum dot optoelectronic devices for minimally invasive medical treatment. CdTe@CdSe@ZnS double-layer shell core shell quantum dots is used as optical gain media to be filled into the optical fiber ring resonator constructed by liquid core fiber or ultra-fine capillary to obtain high-intensity near-infrared light radiation output light source device, i.e CdTe@CdSe@ZnS double layer shell core-shell quantum dot liquid core optical fiber probe; the fiber with CdTe@CdSe@ZnS double-layer shell core-shell quantum dot liquid core optical fiber probe is connected with the excitation light source through lightguide fiber or lightguide fiber and fiber optic patch cord, forming the endogenous photothermal therapy device system of CdTe@CdSe@ZnS double-layer shell core-shell quantum dots. The system provides new ideas, new micro-nano semiconductor optical device system for the application of photothermal therapy, and new optical diagnosis and treatment methods and instruments for the field of cancer treatment.
