Zusammenfassung: | The present invention belongs to the technical field of functional material preparation, and specifically relates to a wood pulp/aramid pulp multi-functional composite paper and a preparation method and an application thereof, wherein the composite paper is composed of wood pulp in a mass percentage of 70 to 97% and aramid pulp in a mass percentage of 30 to 3%. The preparation method of the composite paper according to the present invention includes: preparing the above two pulps into a suspension in proportion, and using a wet papermaking process, i.e. fiber relief-forming-drying, to obtain the wood pulp/aramid pulp composite paper. According to the present invention, a multi-functional wood pulp/aramid pulp composite paper with excellent properties can be prepared without requiring a chemical reagent for pre-processing the pulps or adding other additives. According to the preparation method provided in the present invention, the mechanical strength, especially the wet strength, of a conventional paper can be improved. Meanwhile, the hydrophobicity and thermal stability of the conventional paper are improved, and the conventional paper is endowed with ultraviolet shielding property and flame resistance. The composite paper can be used to the "replacing plastic with paper", and is applied to the field of packaging. Mixing Vacuum FiberRelef Papermaking Fig. 1 A: Control B: Embodiment 1 Fig. 2 |
