Zusammenfassung: | The present disclosure belongs to the field of nanocomposites and preparation methods and applications thereof, and particularly relates to a carboxymethyl cellulose/aramid nanofiber composite film and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method includes the following steps: (1) preparation of aramid nanofibers; (2) dissolution and dispersion of carboxymethyl cellulose and the aramid nanofibers in an aqueous solution; and (3) preparation of a carboxymethyl cellulose/aramid nanofiber composite film. The hydrophobicity, thermal stability, mechanical strength, ultraviolet shielding property, etc. of a film can be improved by the preparation method provided in the present disclosure. The transparent carboxymethyl cellulose/aramid nanofiber composite flm prepared in the present disclosure has great improvements on the thermal stability, hydrophobicity, and mechanical properties, and has an ultraviolet transmittance of less than 3%. The transparent carboxymethyl cellulose/aramid nanofiber composite film with good thermal stability, high strength, and excellent ultraviolet shielding property can be applied to the fields of medicine packaging, fruit and vegetable packaging, meat packaging, etc. in semi-tropical and tropical regions with relatively high temperature, relatively strong ultraviolet, and relatively high humidity. |
