Zusammenfassung: | LIFT VALVE DEVICE USED IN CORROSIVE GAS It is provided a lift valve device used in corrosive gas. The lift valve includes a first gland (2) and a valve plate (3). The lift valve has two technical solutions. According to technical solution one, the first gland (2) is sleeved on a connecting arm (4), a lower threaded section of the connecting arm (4) is sleeved with an adjusting rod (5), a positioning stopper (7) at the bottom of the adjusting rod (5) is sleeved with a movable sleeve (7), the movable sleeve (7) is fixedly connected with the valve plate (3). The first gland 2) is provided with a sealing ring (12) and a second gland (11). The top of the connecting arm (4) is connected with a piston rod (18) through a shaft sleeve (19). The piston rod (18) is sleeved with a cylinder (17). According to technical solution two, the first gland (2) is sleeved with the connecting arm (4), the lower threaded section of the connecting arm (4) is connected with the valve plate (3) through positioning nuts (22), and other structure of technical solution two is the same as that of technical solution one. In the present disclosure, by means of a new sealing structure that the sealing ring (12) is clamped by the double-layer gland, the lifting actuator (namely the cylinder) of the valve plate (3) is thoroughly isolated from the corrosive gas area. The height of the valve plate (3) is adjusted through the adjusting nut (10) and the adjusting rod (5) so as to adapt to corrosive gas channel cavities (1) with different heights. The lift valve device can be applied to special environments such as a corrosive environment.
