A 188 Re-labelled folic acid coupled cis-platinum magnetic albumin compound nano-particle, wherein activated folate ester is coupled with amino groups on the surface of albumin nano-particle, 18 8Re is connected with sulfhydryl groups of cysteine in protein molecules, and cis-platinum and magnetic particle are encapsulated in albumin nano-particle. The invention is mainly applied to the treatment, diagnosis and prevention of ovarian cancer, and has the advantages of organically combining chemotherapy, hyperthermia and radionuclide radiotherapy with albumin nano-particle as carriers and folic acid receptors as targets, which not only solve the problems of automatic temperature control and constant temperature in tumor hyperthermia but also solve the directional killing effects of chemotherapy and nuclear radiation, meeting the requirements of safety, effectiveness and specificity to the greatest extent. |
