Detecting the genotype of SNP site in genomic DNA of upland cotton to be identified, if the genotype is TT, the upland cotton has high lint percentage, if the genotype is CC, the upland cotton has low lint percentage. The SNP molecular marker of the invention can be used for breeding new varieties, which is beneficial to breaking genetic linkage and improving breeding efficiency. |
