The prefabricated building valuation module includes extracting the information of model components, mapping the engineering quantity of components in accordance with the list mapping rules, and generating the engineering cost data. The construction duration to cost optimization module includes the establishment of the duration-cost function model, the optimization of the original duration-cost data by genetic algorithm, the introduction of the optimization results into BIM for collision inspection, the modification of the construction plan according to the inspection results, the cyclic optimization of the duration-cost, and the final construction plan derived after the operation of the model.
