Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a gravity concentration system and a chromite ore dressing method. The gravity concentration system comprises a spiral chute for roughing, a spiral chute for first-stage cleaning, a spiral chute for second-stage cleaning, a spiral chute for first-stage scavenging, and a spiral chute for second-stage scavenging. The spiral chute for roughing has a pitch-to-diameter ratio A of 0.50 to 0.55 and a cross dip B of 8.7° to 9.3°; the spiral chutes for first-stage cleaning and second-stage cleaning have a pitch-to-diameter ratio A of 0.58 to 0.62 and a cross dip B of 9.5° to 10.5°, respectively; and the spiral chutes for first-stage scavenging and second-stage scavenging have a pitch-to-diameter ratio A of 0.43 to 0.47 and a cross dip B of 8.2° to 8.6°, respectively. The roughing, cleaning and scavenging of chromite concentrates by using the above gravity concentration system can greatly improve the processing capacity and the grade and recovery ratio of chromite concentrates. Moreover, the system in the present invention has the advantages of simple operation, low consumption, environmental protection and stable indexes, and can meet the requirements of large-scale chromite ore dressing production with superior production indexes.
