A Weighing Sensor Protection Device and Its Control Method for Logistics Vehicles

Abstract of Descriptions The invention discloses a weighing sensor protection device for logistics vehicles, which comprises an axle, a lifting oil cylinder, a connection plate of oil cylinder, a lifting centering cone axis, a lifting centering cone hole, a carriage base plate, a weighing contact, a weighing sensor, an assembly adjustment pad, a sensor base, a lifting limit plate, a reinforcing rib, a positioning safety plate, a positioning safety cone axis, a positioning guide support, a connecting plate of positioning oil cylinder, a positioning safety oil cylinder, a hydraulic control module of oil cylinder and an electrical control module; when the carriage and the weighing object are in the weighing state, the weighing sensor can weigh freely without any restriction, which improves the weighing accuracy; when the carriage and the weighing object are in the transportation state, the weighing sensor is separated from the carriage and the weighing object, which protects and controls the sensor weighing device for logistics vehicles in the transportation state.
