Zusammenfassung: | Development of Android Based Auto Car Jack Using Internal Car Power Car jacks typically use mechanical benefit to allow a person to manually lift a vehicle. Hydraulic control is being used for more efficient jacks to produce more lift over longer distances. The manual operation of these jacks may leads in to accidents and it will injure the human body. To avoid such accidents the automated jacks have to be invented that should work with the electric power and which can be easily operated from the distance through wireless communication. This invention, proposes a car jack for emergency use with internal cigarette lighter control which can be operated using the electric power of the car battery (12volts). This power source is used by the automatic simple car jack to eliminate the need for people to expend much effort. Moreover the person who operate the lift need not to be near the car and he can stand far away from the car and he can operate the jack via an android mobile through the blue tooth connectivity. The gear ratio was used to maximize the lifting force to ensure that the power was sufficient. The car jacker was created with Solidworks and its analyses to ensure that the safety aspect and force acting were all met. Milling and grinding machines were used to complete the fabrication work. The car jacker was put to the test, and it was found to have enough strength to raise and carry a car like a regular car jacker.
