Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses an AhGPAT9A gene of Arachis hypogaea L. and a use thereof in improving seed oil content. According to the present invention, the AhGPAT9A gene derived from a genome A of the Arachis hypogaea L. is obtained through cloning; and by constructing a genetically modified strain of the Arachis hypogaea L. to investigate the function of the AhGPAT9A gene, the AhGPAT9A gene is found to have a significant effect on the seed oil content of Arachis hypogaea L. Therefore, the present invention has important theoretical guiding significance and practical application value for analyzing a high-oil molecular mechanism of the Arachis hypogaea L., increasing the technical level of high-oil molecular breeding, and cultivating new high-oil varieties.
