Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The present invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and discloses the application of NaHS to the alleviation of obstacles in the continuous cropping of tobaccos and the promotion of the disease resistance and growth of cigar tobaccos, wherein the effect of H2 S in promoting the growth and development and its antagonism to soil-borne diseases of cigar tobaccos was systematically studied by means of the exogenous addition ofNaHS as a donor of H2 S; the action mechanism of H2 S in disease resistance and growth promotion is analyzed by using methods such as metagenomics, metabolomics, and bioinformatics; and the means and methods for administering NaHS are discussed at the same time, and the administration effect and promotion value of NaHS are verified through indoor potting and field demonstration. According to the present invention, NaHS is developed into a sustained-release agent by selecting different carriers, wetting agents, and the like, which gives full play to the excellent properties of NaHS in resisting diseases and promoting growth, and reduces the input cost for controlling soil-borne diseases of cigar tobaccos, as well as secondary damage to the soil, etc.; and in the meanwhile, the sustained-release agent is easy to administer and simple to operate, which greatly reduces the cost of manual transportation and preservation and the like, and can also promote the large-scale popularization of NaHS in the cultivation and planting of cigar tobaccos.
