Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for preparing water treatment phosphorus accumulating fillers by sintering municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) slags, and it belongs to the field of resource utilization of MSWI slags. The invention can be conducted as follows. (1) Pretreatment of the raw materials: the MSWI slags are sieved by a roller screen with an aperture of 50-100 mm; (2) Mixing of the raw materials: 60wt%-80wt% of MSWI slags are uniformly mixed with 20wt%~40wt% of clay; (3) Preparation of the sample: the mixture above is machined to form wet fillers with the diameter of 5-50 mm. After drying in a natural environment, the wet fillers are sintered at a high temperature. The final fillers can be obtained after cooling to room temperature. In this invention, the clay is selected as the binder to prevent the soluble salts and heavy metals from entering the water, which could avoid the risk of secondary pollution. The fillers have a strong phosphorus-accumulating ability in sewage, which own the maximum adsorption capacity of 7-10 times higher than that of zeolites (a kind of artificial wetland filler). -1/4 * Synthetic Q Zeolite A Iron ore packing: Synthetic packing: - 4000 - Chi^2 = 98159.93608 _ R^2 = 0.98369 (a300 yO 5927.88 ±0 A1 -6329.92799 ±200.45636 t1 68.44826 ±4.94486 0 in - 1000 < 00000O 0 0 0 0 200 400 600 800 1000 Equilibrium concentration Figure 1
