Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for the transmission to at least one non-geostationary satellite of at least one piece of data stored by a ground-based device, the method being carried out by the non-geostationary satellite and comprising the following steps: - Performing periodically at least one radio coverage measurement, - Computing a dynamic elevation emission criterion based on the last radio coverage measurement performed, - Emitting at least one signal periodically towards the Earth, the signal comprising at least the dynamic elevation emission criterion, - If the position of the non-geostationary satellite relative to the position of the ground-based device verifies the dynamic elevation emission criterion: - Receiving at least one signal sent by the ground-based device, the signal comprising at least one piece of data stored by at least one ground-based device.
