Zusammenfassung:	Provided are combination therapies comprising a PI3K inhibitor (e.g., inavolisib), a CDK4/6 inhibitor (e.g., palbociclib), and fulvestrant; and methods of treating hormone receptor positive and HER2 negative (HR+/HER2-) locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer in a patient (preferably a patient with a PIC3CA mutant patient) comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of inavolisib, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a CDK4/6 inhibitor (e.g., palbociclib), and fulvestrant or letrozole.
