Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method (400) for controlling a lift installation (100) by using a computer-controlled mobile device (102). The lift installation (100) comprises a lift shaft (106) having multiple shaft thresholds (112) assigned to one floor each, a lift car (104), which is movable along the lift shaft (106), having a car threshold (110), and a control unit (120) for moving (400) the lift car (104). The mobile device (102) has an evaluation unit (300) that is configured to communicate with the control unit (120). The method (400) first involves information (306, 308, 312) that is produced using at least one component (122, 124, 125; 302, 304, 310) of the mobile device (102) as a result of a level difference (114) between the car threshold (110) and a current shaft threshold (112) situated opposite the car threshold (110) being received in the evaluation unit (300). The information (306, 308, 312) is subsequently evaluated and control information (314) for moving (400) the lift car (104) is produced. The control information (314) is finally transmitted to the control unit (120) in order to move the lift car (104) such that the level difference (114) between the car threshold (110) and the current shaft threshold (112) is minimized.
