Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	A thermally operated switch for switching electrical current in a direct current circuit in response to an external temperature exceeding a threshold. The thermally operated switch includes a direct current circuit switch having an on condition for allowing direct current to flow in the circuit and an off condition for stopping the flow of direct current in the circuit. The thermally operated switch also includes a temperature sensitive component that is sensitive to an external temperature exceeding a threshold to cause the direct current circuit switch to change conditions from the on condition to the off condition to thereby stop the flow of direct current in the circuit.
