Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a DNA construct, and a strain into which a recombinant vector comprising the DNA construct is introduced. The DNA construct according to the present invention enables the expression levels of genes operably linked downstream of first and second promoters to be balanced in a host strain or cell, so that cancer treatment and diagnosis are performed simultaneously. In addition, the DNA construct of the present invention completely prevents the expression of the anticancer protein and reporter protein when doxycycline is absent so as to regulate the use of doxycycline, thereby enabling the anticancer protein to be expressed in an appropriate amount for cancer treatment and, simultaneously, the size of the cancer to be monitored in real time according to the expression level of the reporter protein.
