Lift system

The invention relates to a lift system comprising a lift car, which can be moved in a lift shaft, a suspension means running in the lift shaft, a drive machine associated with the suspension means and an actuatable coupling device arranged on the lift car. The suspension means has a coupling element (46) to/from which the coupling device can be coupled and decoupled, whereby a drive connection between the lift car and the suspension means can be produced and released. According to the invention, the lift system comprises a guide system (80) for guiding the coupling element (46) during a movement in the lift shaft. The guide system (80) is provided with a guide (83) that is stationary relative to the lift shaft and a runner (82) connected to the coupling element (46) via a linkage (81) and guided along the guide (83). The linkage (81) between the coupling element (46) and runner (82) is designed such that a relative movement is possible between the runner (82) and coupling element (46).
