Zusammenfassung:A surgical handpiece comprises a nosecone (140) having an end overmold portion (142) and/or an internal overmold portion (144). The end overmold portion (142) may be located at an end of the nosecone and compressed between the surgical handpiece housing and nosecone. The internal overmold portion (144) may be positioned radially about the nosecone on the inner surface to provide a fluid tight seal that prevents ingress of irrigation fluid into the housing. The nosecone (140) may releasably engage a flue (60). The flue (60) may include a base portion (61) and one or more overmold portions (62).
