Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses SNP molecular markers for identifying a fiber specific strength and a micronaire value of cotton and an application. There are two SNP molecular markers, respectively chr23_16630630 and chr23_16596338; chr23_16630630 is located at a 201st locus, where the base is T or C, of a nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID No. 1; and Chr23_16596338 is located at a 201st locus, where the base is A or G, of a nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID No. 2. The present invention finds two SNP markers on the basis of quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping, and the two markers have significant effects on identifying a fiber specific strength and a micronaire value, and can be used for cotton fiber specific strength and micronaire value molecular marker-assisted breeding.
