Moreover, after the overexpression of the Dvl3-DEP peptide, the level of cytoskeleton protein polymerization in the cells is significantly superior to that in an empty plasmid transfection group, and is comparable to that in a positive control group, indicating that the overexpression of the Dvl3-DEP peptide repairs the cytoskeleton structure of Sertoli cells. |
