Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a device and a method for high pressure and steaming heat induced antigen retrieval, which comprises a lower support mechanism, an isolation mechanism, a loading mechanism, a slide loading mechanism and a positioning mechanism, wherein the loading mechanism comprises at least a slide loading tray; the isolation mechanism comprises at least an upright post; and the slide loading trays is sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The slide loading mechanism comprises at least one slice fixation box and a slide glass and a cover glass which are arranged in the slice fixation box. The cover glass is laid on the upper surface of the slide glass, and the tissue to be retrieved is placed between the slide glass and the cover glass. A limiting hole is formed in the middle of the slide loading tray, and pluralities of air holes are formed in the middle position of the slide loading tray. This invention increases the success rate of immunohistochemistry through improving the tissue permeability by means of a device and a method for high pressure and steaming heat-induced antigen retrieval. This invention can retrieve antigen located in a plurality of slices at the same time by placing slides in different slide loading trays at different level, so that the sample size for a single retrieval can be improved. In addition, the tissue slices are placed horizontally, and the positions of slide glass and cover glass are fixed by the slice fixation box; therefore, the strong impact on tissue by the boiling retrieval solution can be effectively prevented. - -r-e 4Ca---~ z 11 1c 70 Figure 1 |
