Zusammenfassung: | Abstract The present invention relates to a five-axis vertical cradle type machining center, which comprises a base on which two groups of upright columns are fixed along a Z-axis direction in parallel at intervals, wherein one end of each group of upright columns defines a mounting groove along an X-axis direction; both sides of a cradle type rotating shaft table penetrate through two mounting grooves along the X-axis direction, and are connected to the top of the base to form an A-axis rotating table and a C-axis capable of rotating at the top of the A-axis rotating table; a Y-axis guide rail is arranged at the top of each group of upright columns along a Y-axis direction; a horizontal Y-axis sliding plate slides on the Y-axis guide rails along the Y-axis direction and forms a gantry structure together with two groups of upright columns; an X-axis guide rail is fixed on the horizontal Y-axis sliding plate along the X-axis direction; an X-axis sliding plate can slide on the X-axis guide rail; a Z-axis guide rail fixed along the Z-axis direction is formed on a side surface of the X-axis sliding plate; a Z-axis sliding plate slides on the Z-axis guide rail; a spindle is mounted at the bottom of the Z-axis sliding plate; the spindle is opposite to the cradle type rotating shaft table; and tool magazines are fixed on the base and far away from the cradle type rotating shaft table side, wherein each sliding plate slides by a motor assembly and a lead screw in a transmission manner.
