Zusammenfassung:Abstract One effective method for capturing carbon monoxide gas is adsorption processes on composite materials. The purpose of the present invention is to create a suspension preparing method for applying composite films to solve problems arising in the previous techniques, namely, to provide high productivity, adsorption capacity, and adsorption rate for carbon monoxide, to eliminate the need for sophisticated equipment when creating composite films and additional substances during their operation. The method should be simple, convenient, provide stable predictable adsorption properties, and exclude the formation of new substances. Therefore, the alumina/zeolite suspension was coated on a substrate by a roll-coating technique to fabricate a composite film. This composite film provides the maximum specific adsorption capacity in relation to carbon monoxide molecules due to the large specific surface area.
