P10173.AU - Specification - 6/11/20 A collector assembly for collecting waste, such as dead fish, from a substantially submerged aquaculture enclosure, the assembly comprising: a container configured to be secured to a lower region of the enclosure such that dead fish can sink to and collect at a base of the submerged container; and an injector which is securable to the container, having a lower end for receiving dead fish and an upper end connectable to a hose which extends upwardly to a surface of the water, wherein compressed air can be delivered to water within the injector to produce a water and air mixture which draws water upwardly through the injector and hose such that dead fish collected in the container and entrained in the upward flow of water are drawn into the injector, through the hose and conveyed from the aquaculture enclosure.
