The invention relates to the field of petroleum and natural gas drilling tools, in particular to a hindered self-rotation well bottom multi-branch production-increasing tool guide shoe. The tool guide shoe comprises a shell component and a rotating component which is rotationally arranged in the shell component, wherein one end of the rotating component extends out of the shell component and is fixedly connected with a elevationjoint; the elevation joint is circumferentially provided with a tooth row; the shell component and the rotating component are matched to be provided with a rotating part which enables the rotating component to rotate; and a reset spring sleeves outside the rotating component. The invention is applicable to a downhole operation of a tool for a mud non-recyclable well bottom multi branch production-increasing drilling operation, and the use of the tool does not influence drilling operation processes. -1/4 Figure 1
