Compared with the prior art, the present invention achieves beneficial effects as follows: (1) the present invention specifically interferes specific genes of agricultural spider mites and is safe to higher animals and mankind; (2) the present invention has mite-killing specificity and is safe to non-target organisms; and (3) the present invention is nontoxic and harmless to the environment.
