Zusammenfassung: | The present invention pertains to the field of motor technology, and more specifically, relates to a high power density ultra-efficient permanent magnet synchronous motor with rated power of 22 kW. A high power density ultra-efficient permanent magnet synchronous motor, comprising a stator, a rotor, and magnetic steel. There is an air gap between said rotor and said stator, the rotor is provided with uniformly distributed rectangular magnetic steel slots, the magnetic steel is placed in the rectangular magnetic steel slot, and at both ends of the rotor, magnetic steel is sealed with non-magnetic end plates. A magnetic isolation bridge is arranged between the rectangular magnetic steel slot and the air container, and the magnetic isolation bridge is used to connect the rectangular magnetic steel slot and the air container. The improved rotor structure and uneven air gap are used to effectively improve the sinusoidal property of the permanent magnet flux density waveform. The present invention adopts corresponding measures on the structure of the rotor, which can eliminate partial harmonics harmful to the motor, and effectively reduce the loss, temperature rise and noise of the motor.
