The invention discloses a novel low-loss belt-type buckwheat windrow pickup header with telescopic teeth, the core mechanism of which is that a telescopic teeth mechanism is integrated inside the front roller of the teethed belt-type pickup header, and a flexible bottom plate is designed at the bottom of the pickup header. The main structure comprises telescopic teeth(1), driven roller (2), chain wheel (3), copying wheel (4), pickup belt (5), flexible bottom plate (6), and pickup teeth (7), driving roller (8), auger (9), baffle plate(1O), scraper conveyor belt (11) and shell (12). The telescopic teeth (1) is integrated inside the driven roller (2) and rotate at the same angular speed; the driven roller (2) is connected with the driving roller (8) through chain drive, and is installed on the shell (12) together with the auger (9) and the scraper conveyor belt (11) through the central shaft; the flexible bottom plate (6) and the baffle plate (10) are fixed on the shell (12).
