Zusammenfassung: | Abstract The present utility model discloses an ultrasonic vibration unit for sediment removal in a small-scale irrigation channel flow measuring apparatus, which belongs to an ultrasonic technical field, including a sealing box, a metallic cover plate and a wiring board, the sealing box being provided with a top opening, the metallic cover plate covering the top opening of the sealing box, and the wiring board being provided with a signal interface circuit, a power supply module, a delay circuit, a pulse-width modulation (PWM) control chip, a metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) transistor circuit, an electric leakage protection chip, a transformer circuit, a matching circuit and an ultrasonic transducer, and resolves a technical problem of an ultrasonic vibration unit for sediment removal applied in a small-scale irrigation channel flow measuring apparatus. The present utility model is used for producing a vibration desilting device that is applicable to a small-scale irrigation channel flow measuring apparatus, makes best use of an automatic sediment removal system of the small-scale irrigation channel flow measuring apparatus, uses a power ultrasonic transducer to generate ultrasonic wave, and makes sediment attached on a bottom board not easily deposited, hardened and solidified and thus easily flushed and removed by channel flow and flushing pipeline through conduction and vibration of a metallic bottom plate. |
