Zusammenfassung: | Abstract The job seeking Match Statistical Metric (MSM) is a useful tool for determining the suitability of applicants for specific roles and will be made available to employers upon the completion of a seamless job application. The MSM considers responses by the applicant to simple job related questions curated by the employer, with questions weighted according to their relative importance. After an applicant has submitted their application, the employer will be presented with the MSM, which can be used to systematically rank applicants. This will speed up the employment process for both the employer and applicant when compared with the current unsystematic approach to job searching with tedious and tiresome application processes that oftentimes result in quality candidates being missed. |
