Zusammenfassung:Abstract The invention discloses an in-situ hybridization detection method of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae P36 gene and a probe and a kit thereof. The inventor designs and synthesizes three oligonucleotide probes according to three specific DNA sequences in a whole gene fragment of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae P36. At the same time, the inventor researched and established or prepared related detection methods and kits. The specific probe of the invention has strong specificity and high sensitivity, and the detection method and kit established according to the specific probe can be conveniently and quickly used for digoxin labeled in-situ hybridization to detect the P36 gene of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae in Luchuan. The invention is applied to the detection and monitoring research of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae in Guangxi Luchuan, which can rapidly and accurately identify Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae in Luchuan, thereby determining the distribution of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae DNA in Luchuan lung tissue, and combining the distribution of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae pathogenic nucleic acid with related pathological tissue changes, thereby achieving the purpose of accurate detection and prediction.
