Zusammenfassung:	A b s t r a c t The present invention discloses a skin UV-damaged cell model and its constructing method and application, belonging to the technical field of Cell Model Constructing. The method for Constructing skin UV-damaged cell model comprises of: (1) culture of epidermis cells; (2) UV-damaged epidermis cells: epidermis cells in logarithmic phase irradiated by UV; (3) cell survival assay. The application refers to skin UV-damaged cell model in identifying reconstructive effect of skin UV damage. Without participation of experimental animals, the skin UV-damaged cell model constructed by this method can be operated at a low cost and higher sensitivity to stress of skin UV damage, may be contributed to explore the mechanism of skin UV damage on molecular biological level, furtherly supports to carry out some simulating skin UV experiments and to screen skin UV-repair drugs.
