Zusammenfassung:	A biochemical substance analysis system (3), for use in testing biological characteristics of a sample in a flow cell (38), and comprising a detection system (31), a scheduling system, a biochemical reaction system, and a control system (36). The scheduling system is used for scheduling the flow cell (38) at different sites, the sites comprising a site in the detection system (31) and a site in the biochemical reaction system; the biochemical reaction system is used for enabling the sample in the flow cell (38) to react; the detection system (31) is used for performing signal detection on the sample having reacted to obtain a signal representing the biological characteristics of the sample; the control system (36) is used for controlling coordinated operation of the detection system (31), the scheduling system, and the biochemical reaction system. The system improves the automation degree and throughput of biochemical substance analysis.
